  1. "Beautiful Sunset at Work" truly is a beautiful photo. The placement of the horizon, the sun, and the snow bank follow the rule of thirds. The coolness of the photo help express the feeling of winter. The amount of sky in the picture is well thought out to capture the detail in the clouds.

  2. My favorite photograph from this project is "2 PM." There is something interesting about the placement of the necklace over the seatbelt, it is a precious detail.

  3. I agree with your choice of favorite people. It's compositionally pleasing and that it's at an interesting angle. I really like the outside light source coming in through the window creating that silhouette. It highlighted her features well.

  4. The photo that I liked the most from your 24 hour project was "2 PM (Paying the Bill)". I really enjoy the angle and the focus of this picture, but I think that the details in the background are what really make it. The person to the left and the glass with the lemon on it really set the stage for the picture and tell the viewer that you are in a restaurant.

  5. 5 PM Is a very colorful image. The depth of the image is nice. There are a few images that I could have done without, like the tattoo image. I believe you could have pushed the composition a bit more for a few of the images. I do enjoy the light-ness of the series.

  6. I love the picture of your sister in the car sleeping. She looks so peaceful and innocent. I love how you can see her eyelashes perfectly and all the little wrinkles in her coat.

  7. one of the photos that stood out for me the most was: 5 pm with the lobster. i enjoy the undertones in the lobster and the angle that this photograph was taken. with the brightness of the hand and forearm holding the lobster adds a nice diagonal leading up towards the top right corner of the frame, then followed behind to the end of the boat (it looks like) to the water. the colors all together work really well in this shot with the aqua green represented in the left bottom corner to the little bits of green in the lobster.

  8. i liked the shot of your roommate, sophia. its a nice use of natural light. the position she is in, all curled up, along with the soft lighting make for a very innocent, and delicate shot

  9. 11 AM, the portrait of your roommate, is a beautiful shot. The natural lighting that is cast onto her is stunning. The pose she's in just allows the light and shadows to really wrap around her.

  10. I really liked the shot of your sandwich. Its hard to make food look interesting but the details in the meat and the number in the background drew me in.

  11. my favorite is "(life through a lens... some of my things on my desk)" with the close up shallow DoF but having all the background in focus thought the camera makes for a great composition. and the colors a nice and vivid

  12. "5pm (I work at a seafood restaurant, so thats why i took a picture of a lobster". The color of this photo stands out the most to me! the sea green fabric is repeated in the belly of the lobster.. i also appreciate the way the hand is; it gives a sort of backdrop to the lobster as well as a bold shape to catch on to

  14. The Lighting in all your photos is really interesting and well done.

I love the coloring in the lobster photo, it really stands out.

You did a great job changing up your prospective throughout the series, and get lots of great unique angles.
